Topics include property rights, contracts, leases, landlord-tenant relations, mortgages and other liens, business opportunity sales, the laws of agency, appraising, licensing regulations, salesperson duties and pitfalls in the real estate business, and state, federal and municipal laws and regulations regarding real estate.

Hours Required by the State: 75 hours
